CBC Morning Radio Logo

We’re excited to share that Laura Fess, the Clinical Director at VOX Mental Health, was recently featured on CBC Morning Radio to discuss an emotional topic that’s hitting close to home for many fans.

In the segment, “Mental health and the Toronto Blue Jays loss” Laura shared insight into why this loss is being felt so strongly across the community. She also offered practical strategies to process disappointment, manage emotions, and move forward in a healthy way.

We’re proud to see Laura representing VOX Mental Health and bringing compassion and understanding to a conversation that reminds us all: it’s okay to feel what you feel. A big thank-you to CBC for including our team and highlighting the emotional side of sports, resilience, and community well-being. You can listen to the interview HERE
