Booking your First Session
Booking therapy at VOX Mental Health is simple and convenient. There are three options for scheduling your first session:
1. Click the “Book Now” button on our website.
2. Email our team at info@voxmentalhealth.com for assistance with booking.
3. Call our office to begin the quick intake process.
If you choose to book via the “Book Now” button, you’ll be prompted to create a secure profile in Jane App, our confidential online booking system. Your Jane profile allows you to:
• Store payment information securely for session billing
• Access virtual counselling sessions
• View in-person session details and therapist availability
• Complete intake and informed consent forms
Booking Ongoing Sessions
Once your profile is set up (either by you via the ‘book now’ button, or with support from our administrative team) you can book ongoing therapy sessions online at your convenience, by contacting our administrative team, or at the end of your session with your therapist. We recommend having your next four sessions booked to make sure that you are accessing the supports you need, at the cadence you desire.
For the best virtual experience, we recommend downloading the free Jane Online Appointments App on your Andriod or Apple Device before your session, or downloading the web browser “chrome” for optimal connection.
