Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
BSW, MSW, RSW
Paige is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for her clients. With more than seven years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she has walked alongside individuals navigating substance use, mental health concerns, ADHD, and the many ups and downs that life can bring.
Paige’s primary area of expertise — and her greatest professional passion — is substance use counselling. She knows that addiction carries a heavy weight, both internally and externally, and she is ready to walk with you as you make meaningful, life-changing steps toward recovery. Paige takes a person-centred, harm-reduction approach, welcoming and encouraging all goals without judgment.
Her therapeutic style is eclectic and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, DBT, MI, SFT, and ACT, while continually seeking new education to better support her clients. Paige works with clients on a wide range of concerns, including:
- ADHD
- Depression & Anxiety
- Bipolar Disorder & Schizophrenia
- Life Transitions
- Career & School Guidance
- Stress & Anger Management
- Emotion Regulation & Peer Relationships
- Self-Esteem & Confidence
Having been on both sides of the therapy couch, Paige understands the hesitation that can come with starting therapy. She also knows how powerful and transformative the process can be — and is committed to making it as approachable and supportive as possible.
