Alexandra Janeiro, MSW, RSW is a registered social worker who supports children (ages 6+), teens, and adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, body image concerns, and behaviour/emotion regulation. Her style is warm, practical, and trauma-informed- pairing empathy and curiosity with evidence-based tools clients can use between sessions.
